Kim, thanks for your input could you explain a little more about the mechanics of this? which part of EVEMon would you like to be able to hide Level 5 skills?
As a point of clarification 1.3.4 and earlier all show the current SKILL time to completion not the queue time to completion...
For all but the simplest ship loadout, this button would result in plans of several years duration, paticuarly if the ships recommended certificates are taken into account -- some of those recommendations are outright crazy.
Why don't you just change your username and password and not let your brothers and sisters know.
"Copy selected skills to a new plan" already exists as a context menu item, I shall edit this request to refer to the Cut, Copy, Paste pattern you describe.
It’s an API request unfortunately.
EVEMon's memory isn't as good as you might think it is, EVEMon is limited to checking the API every 60 minutes, for Level 1 - Rank 1 skills this represents eight or nine skills completing between updates.
In addition if you change a skill between updates or while EVEMon is not running the skill completion time is out of date and EVEMon will display the wrong data.
Due to the human nature we have seen time and time again that a feature that isn't 100% accurate or incomplete is worse than a feature that isn't there at all, so as such I am not prepared to sort out this feature.
I will however put it on our API wishlist, hope that is of some small help.

We can’t do skinning, .NET WinForms just doesn’t support it well enough. Edited the suggestion to include your second suggestion, please keep suggestions separate otherwise I will have to separate them manually and your votes will only be applied to the first one.
It is possible, I have spoken about it with other developers. It's a case of finding the time to get it done.

Looking at this as part of the Autoupdate Rewrite.
