What would you like to see in EVEMon? This forum is specifically to manage features and suggestions, if you have a bug please post it on BattleClinic and we will enter it into our bug tracking system.

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. Make [Main] Overview tab Highlighted/Bold to find it easier

    It may not sound hard, but when you have 40+ toons trying to find the overview tab can be a pain, lol.

    Perhaps keep it pinned to the upper left of the top row ?

    Also, [Mentioned before] any ability to custom color the tabs would be awesome.

    Basically anything to make it easier to spot in a sea of tabs would be great.

      • Allow longer plan descriptions

        I propose that the plan description section be edited to allow enough characters to copy/paste a ship fitting that has been copied to clipboard in-game

        • Add support for orders/transactions/assets in upwell structures aka citadels

          Currently all order/transaction/assets that are located in any upwell structure are not shown in said categories, which makes EveMon next to useless for monitoring market activities.

            • PI: Add simple filter to show/hide CC and Processors

              CCs.. not used in most cases
              Processors - there are so many of them :)

              In short.. seeing extractor, storage and spaceport are probably key and that would reduce the looong list to being able to see everything on 1 page without scrolling.

              It works quite well the way it is.. but would be awesome to have

              • Skill extractor simulation

                Having the ability to simulate extracting skill points would be helpful to figure out how many extractors need to be purchased. As it stands, the only equivalent is to make a blank character and make a skill plan with the skills you want to keep and just take the difference in SP/500k.

                Simply put, having a tool added that allowed you to simulate extracting SP so you can see how many extractors are needed would be appreciated. I imagine the only real challenge to this would be skill dependencies.

                • Remove or add an option to hide the column headers in the plan editor

                  Often times I misclick on the column headers in the plan editor while I am editing a skill plan causing it to sort by that column messing up the whole skill plan. It would be very nice if there was a way to remove the headers, or even just an undo button.

                        a support for 120+ chars, got atm 64 on my screen and when I close via onedrive backup, it uploads and won't close w/o taskmanager after.

                        also when I first put in 75 chars, EM started, "loaded" all 1 after another and when all where finished, evemon shut down

                          please add "Play sound" checkboxes next to "Main Window" in Notifications. it gets pretty spammy with multiple alts/accs

                          • List Account Names in Character Overview

                            The account name for each character should be listed in the Overview tab. It's important to keep track of which account has which characters, especially if there is more than one character per account. The character list should be sortable by account, or each account's characters should be visually grouped together.

                            • Update skill queue button/feature

                              I can update my portrait by right clicking it, but I have looked everywhere for a button/menu/feature to update my queue from the game server.
                              I "deleted" the skill being trained ingame and started another skill. No matter how many times I close and open EVEMon and EVE the app refuses to update and recognize that I am no longer training that skill.
                              This could also be considered a bug. If so, then a "report bug" button/feature would be a good idea as well.

                              • Support training times for alpha clones

                                Alpha clone training speed is half of omega clone. It would be nice if EVEMon would recognize this.
                                I am alpha, but under my picture, it says "Account Status: Expired" and all the training times in my skill plan is half of actual training times. The only place where training time is correct is on the Overview tab where it mentions "Queue ends in ...".

                                  Change the account status To Alpha & Omega. Show what skills can be trained on your current status. E.g. A Caldari character cannot train the same Drone skills as a Gallente can. So creating a skill plan to fly a Carrier would be inaccurate for both sides.

                                      Skills that require omega are not showing the 2 time speed they take, they are showing their actual length. Update this so we will know Length of skill training.

                                      Also remove the "Expired" label. Everything is Alpha or Omega.

                                        • Edit Skill lvls higher and lower

                                          I am making skill plans for new players. my corp has a doctrine. i would like to edit the skills to match when a plan is trained up so it matches with the next plan in our doctrine.

                                          if this is already possible please link me where i can read up on it. i haven't found a single source on the topic yet,
